Ttukseom Hangang Park
Ttukseom Hangang Park is accessible via Exit 3 of Jayang Station (Line 7). Enter through the “Jabeolle” building and walk out through the front (the “head” of the caterpillar-shaped structure), and you'll find the park entrance on the left. The park is divided by Cheongdam Bridge into two main sections. On the left side, you'll find the artificial rock-climbing wall, the waterside plaza, wetlands, the Ttukgi Festival Plaza, and the E-Land Cruise terminal. At the center, there’s a Ministop convenience store, a sharing market, and a water taxi dock. The right side of the park features a swimming pool (converted into a sledding hill in winter), Arirang House, a musical fountain, a riverside stage, an X-Games park, sports facilities, a rose garden, nature learning areas, and a summer campground. In the morning, a light stroll through the park—starting from the Jabeolle building and exploring the climbing wall and wetlands—is a great way to start the day. You can also rent both single and tandem bikes, so give the two-seater a try if you’re up for a fun ride. During summer, highlights include the swimming pool, musical fountain, and riverside stage. If you're visiting between May and June, the rose garden is also worth seeing. However, in winter, aside from the sledding hill and the cruise, there’s not much else going on.
